Myllymäki Croft

restoration book and landscape design

Lohja

Client: Senaatti Properties

With its forests, fields, buildings and furniture, Myllymäki was once a rather ordinary croft. Since then, it has become a unique representation of the living conditions of a small farmer in southern Finland in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.

Classified as a strategical cultural site, Myllymäki has a stable position among state-owned museums.

In addition to restoration planning, the work includes landscape design, building history study, inventory, documentation, and reporting.
